Approach

As each individual is unique in their lifestyle, fitness level and abilities, nutrition understanding, and health and wellness goals – all programs will be designed specifically to you, the client. This will be determined through initial and on-going sessions, and by conducting fitness and lifestyle assessments that best meet your needs and preferences. Each program is very client-driven and centered, and Amanda will provide tools and guidance to assist you in making sustainable change in the health and wellness areas that you determine are the most important to focus on. 

Sessions

Are held in Amanda’s office above the CIBC bank in Dawson, unless you request to meet in your own home, on the phone, video conferencing, or at the city gym (*must have a current membership). Amanda focuses on movement that can be done with minimal equipment and space, and assists in building your confidence in working out anywhere and anytime that fit your schedule and needs.

Sessions will be tailored specifically to you and may include mind-set coaching, action item & goal discussion and reviews, lifestyle & behaviour modification, fitness program implementation and review, nutrition guidance and review, and discussion of health & wellness topics you are interested in learning more about. Commitment

You are asked to commit to a minimum of a three month coaching period, to allow time to genuinely work through health and wellness barriers and make lasting changes. A 25% discount is available for a 12 month commitment. Cost is due at the first session, and can be paid by credit card, debit card or cash. Payment plans are available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

You are asked to provide 24 hours’ notice if unable to make a scheduled session. If other appointment times are still available for that week, you will have an opportunity to reschedule. If no times are available or work for you, that session is simply skipped. No refund is applied for missed sessions.

Amanda will make all efforts to ensure you are satisfied with the program and support tailored to you. If you are finding the program does not meet your needs, and are unable find resolution with Amanda, a 50% refund of payments already made will be available if cancelled by the second week of program.

Talk one on one with me, Amanda, to discuss your goals, ask questions, and get to know each other! Different package options & details of programs and services offered will then be reviewed and you will be able to choose which best fits your needs and budget. You will walk away with a few practical tips and goals that can be immediately implemented into your lifestyle, whether or not you choose to purchase a package.

Package One:  Making Healthy Changes

$129 per 4 weeks (12 week commitment required - $387.00) OR $1160 for one year

Regular Price: $149 per 4 weeks (12 week commitment required - $447.00) or $1340 for one year

Session One:  Includes goal-setting, customized assessments, discussion of lifestyle modifications and goals to focus on during the upcoming week. Your coach will then design a customized fitness program and nutrition guidelines for you.


Second Session:  Implementation of customized fitness program & nutrition guidelines, and discussion of action items specific to your goals.


One in-person session every two weeks for remainder of program:  Sessions will be tailored to your needs and preferences. Sessions may include any or all of the following depending on your focus: mind-set coaching, action item & goal revisions, lifestyle & behaviour modification, fitness program implementation and review, nutrition guidance and review, and discussion of health & wellness topics you are interested in learning more about.


On-going support and accountability from your coach through Nudge app and/or preferred method of contact (email, phone, text). Nudge is very easy to use and allows both you and your coach to choose what to track and focus on, and how often. Options for tracking may include, but are not limited to: activity levels, nutrition and food intake, sleep, heart rate, stress levels, self-care, and water intake.  This information is invaluable to the process of you making intentional and lasting changes in your desired focus areas of health and wellness.


Package Two:  Committing to Your Healthy Journey
